Dark Grey uPVC Windows
Single glazed timber windows and doors in this house were replaced with double glazed dark grey uPVC windows and doors, including tilt and turn windows, awning windows, sliding windows, French doors and sliding doors.
Replacement with uPVC Inserts
Insert replacement is a good option for replacing timber windows if the timber window outer frames are in good condition. Homerit has done insert replacements for thousands of Kiwi homes.
Ski Lodge in Mt Ruapehu
Homerit PVC-U double glazed windows and doors were fitted in the ski lodge in Mt Ruapehu in 2012. The joinery was lifted to site by helicopter.
Town Houses in Te Atatu
This is a Kainga Ora town house project in Te Atatu South, Auckland. Homerit uPVC windows and doors were installed in recessed method to increase thermal insulation by eliminating thermal bridging around the windows and doors. These town houses are 6 Homestar rated. Awning windows and casement doors, sliding doors were chosen for this project.
Kings Square Apartments
Homerit supplied uPVC windows and doors for Kings Square apartments in Newmarket, Auckland in 2009. All windows and doors are double glazed with low E coating and argon gas. Tilt and turn windows and doors and sliding doors were chosen for better performance, convenience and easy maintenance.
